Terms & Conditions
ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The undersigned (“you” or “Participant”) acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily participating in dog training provided by The Nature of Animals with knowledge of the potential dangers. Participant represents that he/she is the owner or guardian of the dog(s) identified in this Agreement. You acknowledge that dogs are unpredictable animals with their own will and drives, and therefore, regardless of training, handling, or environmental circumstance, The Nature of Animals cannot protect against every potential injury, risk or accident to you, to other persons participating in the training or on the property where the training is taking place, or to dogs. These may include dog attacks, dog bites and the responsive actions and complications that arise from them, and you understand and acknowledge that such risks are inherent and cannot be eliminated. This Agreement is intended to shift the risk of participating in dog training to you. Do not sign it unless you are willing to assume the risk to yourself, your dog, and others accompanying you of your participation in dog training, including the associated risks of bodily injury, death or property damage while participating in the dog training and related activities on the property of The Nature of Animals, in your own home, or in a public space.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Participant agrees that in consideration for being permitted to participate in dog training provided by The Nature of Animals, and/or to use any of The Nature of Animals’ facilities in connection with dog training, Participant, for himself/herself, and his/her heirs, next of kin, executors, and personal representatives (collectively, “Releasors”), assumes the entire risk associated with participating such an activity and waives, releases, discharges and covenants not to sue The Nature of Animals, its directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, organizers, volunteers or other representatives, their successors and/or assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), from any and all liability to Releasors for any loss, harm, damage, claim, injury (including death) or accident to the person or property of Participant, Participant’s dog, and any other persons accompanying Participant at the dog training, including any minor children, arising out of or related to participating in dog training or using any facilities or equipment of The Nature of Animals, even if caused by any negligent act or omission of Releasees. Nothing herein is intended to release Releasees from any harm, injury, claim or damage caused by intentional, wanton or reckless misconduct.
INDEMNIFICATION. You agree that you are and will be responsible for your conduct and the conduct of your dog and others accompanying you (including minor children) at all times. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nature of Animals, its directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, organizers, volunteers and other representatives (“The Nature of Animals Personnel”), from any and all claims of injury (including death), loss, cost, expenses, or damage to persons, dogs, or property caused by the acts or omissions of you, your dog, and any other persons accompanying you, including any minor children, during the course of training or related activities, as well as by the conduct of your dog under your own care as a result of following training instructions. This provision applies whether the claims are made by you, members of your family, your accompanying guests, The Nature of Animals Personnel, or third parties.
NO GUARANTY OF RESULTS. You recognize that the role you play in your dog’s learning process is integral to achieving desired results. You acknowledge and agree that there is no guaranty that your dog will achieve the desired level of training, despite the best efforts of The Nature of Animals. You further understand that the recommendation of any other product or service by The Nature of Animals is not a guaranty of satisfaction with that product or service.
PHOTO RELEASE. By signing below, you give The Nature of Animals permission to publish in print, electronic, or video format the likeness or image of you and/or your dog. You release all claims against The Nature of Animals with respect to privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright ownership and publication, including any claim for compensation related to use of the materials.
SAVINGS CLAUSE. You expressly agree that the foregoing assumption of risk, release, waiver, and indemnity provisions are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, you agree that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION. By signing below, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to sign this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this Agreement, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. You specifically understand that this Agreement includes an assumption of the risk of The Nature of Animals’ negligence and a release of The Nature of Animals’ liability.
ANIMAL COMMUNICATION. Animal communication sessions are provided for informational, educational, and spiritual purposes only. The information received during sessions is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor is it a substitute for professional veterinary care, medical diagnosis, or treatment.
I am not a licensed veterinarian, and animal communication does not replace proper veterinary medical attention. You should always consult with a qualified veterinarian regarding your animal's health concerns, medical conditions, behavioral issues, or any changes in your animal's physical or mental state. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of information received during an animal communication session.
If your animal is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
Animal communication is an intuitive practice, and while I work with integrity and skill to provide the clearest, most accurate communication possible, I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. The effectiveness of sessions varies depending on numerous factors including the animal's willingness to communicate, clarity of connection, the nature of the questions asked, environmental factors, and your openness to receiving the information.
Results are not guaranteed, and each session is unique. Some animals communicate very clearly while others may be less forthcoming. I will always share what I receive honestly, but I cannot promise that all questions will be answered or that communication will resolve specific behavioral or relational issues.
ETHICAL PRACTICE & COMMUNICATION STANDARDS. I am committed to serving as a clear, honest, and non-judgmental channel between you and your animal. I will communicate all messages I receive from your animal with integrity and without filtering based on my personal beliefs, opinions, or what I think you want to hear.
Animal communication is a sacred trust, and I honor the voice and perspective of each animal I connect with. I will not impose my own interpretations, manipulate messages, or withhold information (except in cases where sharing certain information could cause immediate harm). My role is to be a translator and bridge, not an advisor or decision-maker.
I approach each session with respect for both you and your animal companion, maintaining professional boundaries and honoring the unique bond you share.
OWNERSHIP & AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT. Animal communication services are provided only to the legal owner or primary caretaker of the animal. By booking a session, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to make decisions regarding the animal's care and welfare.
If you are not the owner, you must obtain explicit written permission from the owner before booking a session. I reserve the right to request proof of ownership or written authorization before conducting a session.
Sessions will not be conducted for animals belonging to other people without proper authorization, including estranged family members, ex-partners, neighbors, or acquaintances, as this violates ethical boundaries and the animal's and owner's privacy.
CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY. All information shared during your session—including details about you, your animal, and the content of our communication—is kept strictly confidential. I will not share your personal information, your animal's information, or session content with any third party without your explicit written consent.
Limited Exceptions: I may use anonymized session information (with all identifying details removed) for educational purposes, training materials, testimonials with permission, or research to advance the field of animal communication. If you do not wish for any session content to be used in this manner, even anonymously, please notify me in writing.
I am committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the trust you place in me when sharing your animal's story.
RECORDING & DOCUMENTATION. You may choose your preference from the following:
Option A: Sessions may be recorded for your reference and my quality assurance. You will receive a copy of the recording after the session. By participating, you consent to the session being recorded.
Option B: I do not record sessions, but I may take notes during our conversation to ensure accuracy. These notes are for my reference only and are kept confidential.
Please inform me before the session begins if you plan to record our conversation for your personal use.
AGE REQUIREMENT. Services are provided to adults aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian book the session, participate in the session with you, and provide consent on your behalf.
